These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clovr’s platform and website. By using Clovr, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Clovr provides AI-assisted sales coaching, including real-time call guidance and post-call analytics. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to bind your organization when using Clovr on its behalf.
Recording and consent
You are responsible for obtaining all consents and providing all notices required by applicable law before recording, transcribing, or analyzing any call through Clovr. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable recording and privacy laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your data
You retain ownership of the call data and content you submit. You grant Clovr the rights needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Clovr and its software, branding, and content are owned by Clovr and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clovr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Clovr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
